“OK. It's hard to be credible when every category gets five stars. I get it. But in this case I hope I have credibility. We had never lived anywhere in Nevada, let alone Las Vegas. We put out a dragnet to identify a buyer's agent. We got a few responses. But Jessica Hallenbeck not only got back to us fast-- she demonstrated by phone that she had facts, figures and organizational know how to get us the home we found so enticing on the Internet.
